Details Worth Knowing
The cap is absolute
Once hosting, athletes, and entries reach $3,000, that is what you pay. Every athlete and entry beyond that point is free, so the largest competitions have a known ceiling rather than an open-ended bill.
Formations and team matches count once
Formations and team matches are billed as a single entry ( $0.20), not per team member. Participating dancers are simply counted once under the standard per-athlete fee.
